For easy removal of mud fever scabs or the over-production of keratin on the legs of horses. Easy Lift is dripped liberally onto scabby areas for a couple of days until the scabs lift - no washing or scrubbing is needed. They can then be removed painlessly or will crumble away, leaving helathy skin underneath.
If the skin is inflamed - most usually in horses with pink skin - then apply Soothe & Repair gel until it has settled.
For best results, use Hedgewitch horse oil on areas prone to muddy skin conditions as required, which will vary according to the horse, duration of turnout and conditions.

Hedgewitch Easy lift
Our hedgewitch has created a special mixture of essential oils that makes lifting mud fever scabs an easy and painless process. No washing, scrubbing or picking off any crusty bits is needed.
How to use
Drip onto mud fever scabs fairly liberally and leave. Reapply 12 hours later and continue once or twice-daily application until the scab lifts away from the skin and can be worked to the end of the hair, or it crumbles away when rubbed. This will normally be 2-3 days after the initial application.
If the skin underneath is pink then apply Hedgewitch Soothe & Repair or Calendula & Yarrow gel.
For continued protection apply Easy lift to the general area for a couple of days and then use Horse Oil periodically.
Exactly what’s inside
Calendula (Calendula officionalis) infused in sunflower oil (Helianthus annus); thyme (Thymus vulgaris); oregano (Oreganum vulgare); eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus); clove bud (Syzium aromaticum) and lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) essential oils.
Precautions
As when using any essential oil, don’t use if pregnant or apply to in-foal mares without first seeking advice. Avoid contact with eyes.
